Payment Terms: All orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), money order or check drawn on U.S. dollars. Make money orders and checks payable to "Bunny Heaven".

Returns/Exchange Terms: Unused and unworn items may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange. Please contact us for return authorization and to answer any questions prior to returning or exchanging. Items should be returned to us postpaid and insured for your protection.
We wrap all items as well as is practical. However, if any item is received broken or in damaged condition, please contact us immediately so that a shipping claim may be filed.

Shipping Terms: We usually ship orders within a few days of receipt. Orders sent within the United States are shipped by U.S. Postal Service or by U.P.S. ground service. If you would like your order to be shipped by air or by overnight delivery, please contact us for the additional shipping charges. Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico are shipped by U.S. Postal Service, as well as most international orders. Call us for more information on rates for orders to be shipped outside the United States.
For gift orders or orders that should be shipped to another address, please indicate the "Ship to" address. Add $3 to the shipping charges for each additional address whenever your order requires shipping to more than one address.
