On-line ordering from Bunny Heaven is easy-to-use and similar to the shopping
cart systems in use thoughout the Internet. However, if you prefer, you may
place your order by telephone during our business hours by calling
732-563-0177. In addition, you may print out our order form and send it by
fax or by regular mail according to the instructions below.
The first step is to select items you would like to order as you review our
product listings. You may click on the individual product categories listed
on the left-hand side of the page, then review and click on the product names
for more information about each product and a larger picture. Alternately,
you may search for products by clicking the "Search" button at the top of the
page:
Type one or more words representing products you would like to find, then
click the Search button.
If you wish to review one or more items you have selected, click the "View
Order" button at the top of the page:
Because you have not yet indicated your shipping address information, no
shipping or sales tax cost information is indicated at this time.
When you are ready to complete your order, click the "Check-Out" button at the
top of the page:
Fill in your shipping and billing address information in the secure screen that
follows (regardless of whether you would like to order on-line, by fax or by
regular mail). Click the "Continue" button when you are finished.
The next secure screen shows your order total cost including sales tax (which
is only charged on some items for NJ residents). In addition, shipping cost
options for USA, Canada and Mexico, and International orders are listed.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total order cost for residents of
USA, Canada and Mexico. As of October 1, 2004, the following chart indicates
these rates (all charges are US $):

Shipping and handling charges for International orders are based on the weight
of the products, so you must go through the on-line ordering process to have
the system calculate this cost for you.
If you would like to order by fax or by regular mail instead, just select a
shipping and credit card option, click "Continue" and print out the order form
on the next page, sending it to us at the fax number or address listed.
On-line ordering is the fastest and easiest method to place your order, of
course -- all you need to do is enter your credit card number on the secure
form, then click "Continue" and your order is complete.
Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. Thank you for
